Here is my personal icon collection. They are completely original and made on my own.
These icons are suitable for Windows XP, Vista and 7 (sizes from 16x16 pixels to 256x256, 32 bit with alpha channel). Use Change Icon,a tiny app for changing the icon of whatever folder or drive you want to.
You can download the PNG too for using them under Mac OS X or Linux.
